AMA helps borrowers seeking relief from loans they can not afford. We represent borrowers who have been the victims of predatory lenders. Such borrowers are often unable to meet their monthly mortgage payment either because their loan broker misled them about the terms of the loan, falsified documents to qualify them, made the loan based solely on the equity in the property and not on ability to repay, or violated one or more of the applicable state and federal statutes governing lending.
