We have a real wide range in the valley but you can get 5 acres for 60-100k or 20 acres for 130-200+k. Prices are slowly receeding but have only dropped ~5% since last year. By the way we have lots of lake properties here in the valley and I have a great listing that is actually "on Top" of the mountain ~4600 ft. Wonderful place.
