I just found out I passed the California sales person exam. I am in need of finding a good broker. I need to start off part time and obviously need good training. I've been in outside sales for over 10 years and am self motivated and very hungry! Any advice out there?

Hi Dave:

I highly and proudly recommend Keller Williams Realty. They are the third largest company in the nation. They offer a ton of excellent training, coaching, all kinds of tools (eg, customizable seller and buyer presentations, authorized vendor list, their own syndicated listing system, and much, much more), professional and caring leadership, health insurance programs, profit sharing, low cap rate, and so much more. We are like a big family. I have been with other real estate companies and now with KW for 5 years. They are the best. Check out their website to find out more about what they offer www.kw.com. Best of luck to you, Dave.

Dave,.

I too am a Keller Williams REALTOR. Nan is right on with her answer. It is a great company to work for and has the closest things to family values that I have come across. Find your local branch and sit with the team leader in theoffice for an talk.

Hi Dave,
Congratulations on entering the most fabulous business on earth. I too am with Keller Williams and have been since January this year. I spent time with 4 previous brokers over the past 8 years prior to finding KW. It really wasn't time wasted because now I realize that I am with the best of the best. The KW technology, support system, education, family values, and last but not least the most innovative commission structure in the industry are what I searched for and finally found.
I"capped" in August and until my anniversary date January of 2010 I will earn 100% of my commissions. Now what could be better? My advice to you is search around, but then make the smartest move and join KW.
And, to all of you out there who are being "gobbled" up by larger brokers, why not consider the 3rd largest real estate company in the nation. Call me at any time if you need more information...219 241-8220
