For a number of years I have referred a listing that I was gong to loose to a competitor in my area. Normally it has been a referral of a seller. I was loosing a listing, do to difference of opinion so I referred it to some an agent in another company (normally a disgunted seller wants to change companies) I received a referral of of $8,200.00 (25%). I often wonder why more agents don't do this. A little is better than none and it can cover some of your expenses.
</p>

Also, I have had buyer that do not control their children and I have referred them out in house.
