<p> I make private money loans to real estate investors, builders and dealers and entrepreneurs. I can make non-conventional loans that traditional lenders often cannot make. <p> I started this week at Keller Williams here in southern California. So far I have attended a couple of their classes and have had lots of support there. I have a continual thirst for more knowledge in this industry and want to sell a house or find a buyer ASAP. Is there a good website that promotes continual and on going training and education in addition to what I am getting at Keller Williams? Any advise for trade publications? I&#39;m reading books and articles everyday to get a good jump start on this new (unfortunately part time) career. </p>

<p> I just found out I passed the California sales person exam. I am in need of finding a good broker. I need to start off part time and obviously need good training. I&#39;ve been in outside sales for over 10 years and am self motivated and very hungry! Any advice out there? </p>

<p> With the new iphone 3gs out and the new blackberry storm (or blackberry in general) out I&#39;m wondering which phone would be better for agents. <p> I&#39;m preparing for the DRE exam soon and will be looking for a broker to work for. I have a full time job right now and am looking to start selling real estate on a part time basis. Do brokers hire part time agents? Unfortunately I have to start out part time until I can build up a reserve to go full time. Any advise or help would be appreciated. </p>

<p> Has anyone had any success is actually gettting this for their clients? I have not had one seller agree to the program. Currently HUD is not even able to utilize the program. Any experience you can share would be much appreciated. </p>

<p> I&#39;m currently in study to obtain my real estate salesperson license. I&#39;m about half way through. In preperation for this career change, does anyone know how I can get hands on training at a local real estate office? I have a full time job now but I am looking to help out nights and weekends so when I am on my own I can hit the ground running. Any advice would help. I&#39;m located in Fullerton California. </p>
