Hopefully it will work! I think it is totally frustrating to see what our greed has come too.....

People were watching way to much late night televistion about real estate investing... and look where it got us!!! People have mortgages that they can't afford...to big of houses where they can not afford to live with the utilities.... and so on.

We need to get back to the basics of life again.... Live in a house that we can afford! Buy only the real estate in what we can afford to live in.... Get back to the basics of Life.
