I am waiting impatiently to see how the bail out is going to effect the Charlotte area.... We have not been hit as bad as other parts of the country BUT what ever happens to the country as a whole effects us!!! People can not buy houses in Charlotte if their home some where else is not selling. We are definitely in this mess together....

I have met with a (reputable) mortgage broker (from a major bank) today. Nice to hear what is actually out there as far as mortgage products. Looks like if you have good credit and some cash.... you can definitely buy real estate. Banks are really shying away from people who do not take care of their credit nor save money.

It is time for America to get back to a conservative lifestyle!!!!
