I am always looking at the news (mostly local) to see what they are saying about the housing market.  All of the statistics say that Charlotte is doing better then the rest of the Country.... But the rest of the Country does effect us. 

People can not sell their homes in other states even if they wanted too.... to buy real estate in Charlotte.. .,,,,,So we are still dealing with how the rest of the country is faring concerning the real estate market.

Is there any other state doing better then NC????
