Getting started

Well, I have done the first couple 6 hour broker management classes in Illinois.   I won't say all the students were totally THRILLED, but they all passed.  The test does take 45-50 minutes on average to complete.  I have tried to make it more than what you might get elsewhere, as I have added lots of powerpoint slides and a 20+ page outline.   Please post YOUR comments!

Excellent class, Kerry!  It is amazing how much we can forget from school.  It is great that we have to continue with these educational seminars to remain informed in our profession.

Please, KEEP THE OUTLINE!  What a great help.  I plan to use lots of information at our staff meetings.

Now, on to e-pro!

From Dekalb: -"As always with Kerry, a wonderful informative class-learned a lot and it was a great refresher class for me! I liked the outline the best."

From Springfield:

"If I have to take this, I am glad you were my instructor."

"Thanks Kerry. I always learn something I can use in your classes."

From Aurora:

What a great class today!  You are very informative and fun to learn with.
What I forgot to do was grab a coupon for e-pro.  Is it too late to get one?
 Thanks again, Kerry.  Great job!

Kerry:  Just a note to thank you for sharing at the Broker Management Course in Collinsville recently.  You did an excellent job of presenting the course!  The material was very useful and relevant to my day to day business activity. It was a good refresher, plus picked up a couple new points! Keep up the good work!

Good class for the Fox Valley board, Kerry. Very understandable, and you gave some very informative real life examples for how the law applies to broker managers, broker owners, and broker associates.
