The new year is upon us. While many of us are making personal commitments to ourselves, I think making resolutions for our clients and customers is also a good idea. To set oneself apart and to make customers and clients realize the worth of Agency, please consider using the Realtor Code of Ethics in your next presentation to your new client or customer. You can find a PDF copy of the code at Realtor.org. Just log on and go to the 'Law and Policy' page. Hope this tip will give your New Year a new focus and your customers and clients a new view of Agency. Happy New Year!
