Celebrate National Kitchen and Bath Month on Hilton Head Island!

Okay, maybe you really don't "celebrate" kitchen and bath month.  Maybe you don't even care that it is "National Kitchen and Bath Month".  But, if you are planning to buy, sell, build or remodel a home at some point in your life, you may want to pay attention.

As a Realtor in the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton area of the Low Country, I see kitchens and baths in every imaginable size and condition.  Experts tell us that the kitchen and master bath area are two of the most important features a prospective buyer looks for in a home.  When a homeowner has paid attention to this advice, it really shows and the house sells itself.

On the other hand, when a homeowner has opted not to place an emphasis on these two rooms, it is often cited as the primary reason a buyer marks the home off their prospective "buy" list.
