Brigantine Buyers are back. The office phone and my cell phone are getting a healthy workout. It's beginning to feel like the good old days. There's so much money that's been sitting on the sidelines for so long, coupled with a pent up urge to buy. I do believe we have begun our ascent back up that hill!

And why not? Who in their right mind wouldn't fall in love with this beautiful Island? All you have to do is spend a short amount of time here and you're hooked. The sunsets are to die for, not to mention that you'd be hard pressed to find more beautiful, clean beaches. And did I mention the Atlantic City skyline being visible from just about from any vantage point on this island? A mesmerizing sight at night to be sure.
