San Bruno Real Estate

Jun. 25, 2008

Most every house in San Bruno has an offer on the table right now. People are coming out to buy now that the prices have come down some and interest rates are still attractive. Homes that are priced on the high side are not moving quite as fast and that's too bad. Buyer's are being choosy and one of the particular choices is to NOT look at homes that are not priced for the new market.

There are so many great reasons to move to San Bruno and I'm not just saying that because I happen to live here! Our new movie theater at the Shops at Tanforan is HUGE, beautiful and so conveniently located right in the mall! The mall I just mentioned is only a few years old and it's also HUGE and beautiful. It boasts the BEST food court ever!

We have excellent schools with active PTA's, parental involvment, and art and music programs. We have sports organizations for kids and teens, soccer and lots of baseball including the Junior Giants!

We have every kind of restaraunt from Indian, Mexican, Philipino, Middle Eastern, Vietnamese, Korean, Italian, Hebrew, and of course, Chinese! They are ALL delicious!

We have a main street called San Mateo Ave. AKA "The Avenue".

Finally, we are so conveniently located 10 minutes to San Francisco, 5 minutes to the coast, 5 minutes to the San Francisco Airport, 3 1/2 hours to the snow in the Sierras, 1 hour to Wine Country in Sonoma and Napa and a half an hour to Oakland (just to give you an proximity to our location).

There are some great opportunities to buy homes in San Bruno right now. Business is picking up and I can't blame people for wanting to live here!

Oh! Did I mention that we have a train station? A couple of bucks will get you to San Francisco in 20 minutes or so!
