I have completed the following distressed property certifications as my commitment to the REO and distressed property environment in which we work in today: CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), RDCPro (REO Default Certified Professional) after completing the REO Best Practices & Advanced Evaluations, and REO Certified fka FSP (Five Star Professional) after finishing the required course work from the Five Star Institute . I also work within the Equator fka REOtrans and RES.net system. Within the Equator system, I have been Platinum Certified as well as REO & Short Sale Certified.
