Is this a good time to sell my house? The answer depends on your reason for selling and your expectations for the sale. If you have already decided to move, taken a job elsewhere, have purchased another home, or are facing mortgage payments you cannot afford any longer, then the answer is definitely, Yes. If the kids are no longer living at home or you're planning to retire in the next year or so, then the answer is most likely Yes.

But, whatever your reason is for selling your home, it is more important now than ever to do your homework before you put your home on the market. I was asking myself the same question, but I also really needed to sell my house quick so I found this company who bought it for the market value from me right away, which is always good

I thought this was rather a good time to buy houses due to the current economy situation. besides, facing mortgage payments is never easy no matter what - if you had to take one, that means your not cash rich.

I needed to sell my flat fast, due to personal circumstances. Despite getting just under the market value for my property, I relocated within 2 months and have found a cheaper property without the financial headache.
