NABPOP is the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals and the membership is approximately $220 but the continued instruction and informational process  is ongoing.  It looks like a good deal and with all the Foreclosures in the market right now, and it's only going to get worse for awhile, it might be a good idea to check into doing BPO's.
