Hello,

I have a client that has relocated to TX, but still owns property in AL. The property has been on the market for 6 months and has not sold.

She said her current agent does not contact her and has not mentioned price reduction. I need market status for the Albastor, AL area and a good referral agent for her to consider.

Edna, I saw your request and thought I could help. Alabastor is outside of Birmingham in Alabama. You might try a Birmingham realtor instead of looking in Alabastor. You might have a better choice. I'm in Huntsville AL which is about an hour north of Birmingham so I couldn't help. Hope that helps, Kim Niemeier
