There is the new template based Agent website, ListingBook, accessible via link within our MLS Matrix system.  The template targets Residential properties and do not offer search capability for multi-family, industrial, or commercial properties.  What's your evaluation of the pros and cons of ListingBook?

I currently own and manage a full function custom website with search capabilities for all property types, lead generation, drip campaign, user customizable profile, auto email notifications to subscribers, contact management tools, etc. Should I also buy a ListingBook website?  (If I do, I do not know how to integrate this with my own website so I don't have to maintain 2 different sites and contact management systems).  Your feed back and suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Hi Han, I had the Listingbook for a while now and it was very useful and helpful to me before I got my own web site. I don't think that I will be renewing my membership when it comes due. But since you already have your own custom web site, it wont be advantageous for you to get it. That would be taking a step back, plus it would take away from the idea of branding yourself and business.

PS. I still do have some clients that still uses it and I am in the process of getting them to go to my web site and do they property searches.

Hope this helps,

Chesterfield

Hi Han!

Listingbook offers so much more than just an agent Web site. Sure, the Web site is awesome because it shows your listings and your company's listings, automatically, allows visitors to your site to sign up for a free Listingbook account with you, and is easy to edit. It is also a lot more affordable than most other sites offering agent Web sites. If you already have a Web site, then you can do a couple things, keep more than one site to have more web presence, or have it rerouted to your new Listingbook Web site.

It's great if you send potential clients to your site, but wouldn't it be better if you could see when they logged in, what they looked at and if they marked a property as a favorite? Listingbook offers agents the ability to monitor, manage and service your clients. The best part about it is the Client Manager that you get as an agent. You get to see when your clients log in, what they look at, and if their criteria changes. It gives you the opportunity to create client for life relationships, provide useful and accurate information, and stay in control the entire time.

The benefits are endless, and when you purchase the upgrade for such a low fee per month, you get more than the Web site. You get leads, custom flyers, showing packages, CyberCMAs, community demographics and so much more!! You won't be disappointed.

Look to see if Listingbook training is happening in your market and sign up to learn how to use the system to your full advantage! Training is FREE.

Keep us posted, I would love to hear if you love it too.
