I would welcome and feedback/insight on this service in anyone has used them. Thank you!
I've worked with them. Have transfered a few listings to them now, and they've done a good job. You get paid $500 as an affilite fee when you seller decides to go with them, then they relist with you at 6% after they buy the 'mortgage' from the bank. I just got my first listing back at 6%, AND they told me to sell it in 90 days, at a quick sale price...I wish all sellers were like that!
I checked the walkawaytoday.org website and they certainly seem to be a viable solution for homeowners in foreclosure or close to foreclosure. They operate in every state except Texas (unfortunately since it's my state). I would absolutely use them if I could and had a need.
James Ray-
You have posted previous listings on this topic, and many members have done a search on you on the national listing on Remax, and you have not prooved to be a viable licensed realtor. Is this an alias?
Do you have contact info, website, or any other information other than to post on walkawaytoday.org?
I am not disproving your thoughts on walkawaytoday.org, but out of fairness to the Realtors who are on his board and whom heavily rely on feedback from other experiences of Realtors, we need to protect ourselves from organizations that may not prove to be the best solution for our clients.
I would just hate to find out that a random Alias was created on behalf of walkawaytoday.org, just to solicit and boost their business.
I found some complaints about walkawaytoday.org. on consumerlaw.org, about "scam" companies that allow you to sign over your homes to them.
I was even in contact with their rep named "Chuck" and I have always been weary that if it sounds too good to be true, more than likely it is. Once they have title to your home, they can foreclose and try to negotiate whatever it is that they want. There is no promise that your client will avoid foreclosure, so be very cautious.
