"Just Listed" and "Just Sold" post cards have worked best for me year in and year out.

I get mine done from Express Copy who will print in color on 2 sides, address them, and mail them with first class postage for as low as (realistically) about 54 cents each.

Excellent product that I recommend highly.

If you're attending the NAR convention in San Diego next week they usually run some sort of special, i.e. 50% off or a number of free post cards. Try em out, you'll be hooked too. (plus post cards work).

Real Estate is like mud wrestling in that it's a contact activity. Unless you are in the arena and covered with mud, you're not in the game.

Postcards are a great tool and don't forget to follow-up with a telephone call, or a "stop by".
