Jerry, I live in Austin Texas. Here is a great doc company called FedExOffice I do not know if in your town have a FedExOffice. I would recommend this docs company. They will assist you in design, save your design on their network pcs for you.

Thank you Amado, I will check that out. What I am really wanting is a place that will help in addressing and sending out postcards periodically for me. Jerry

Also- if you want integrated email and direct mail campaigns, sharperagent has the best options. Next week, they are launching their fully-integrated multi-channel campaign functionality that allows you to setup an annual multi-touch campaign that includes emails, direct mail, and personal reminders (for phone calls or visits). They have over 3,000 templates to select from and are experts in relationship marketing materials. www.sharperagent.com

I have always loved the postcards from Color for Real Estate -- cfre.com -- many are very clever, or you can design your own. Prices are reasonable and many times they will have a special -- extra cards, or occasionally, double your order for free.

In reference to postcards, it would be interesting to hear what you all have done in the way of postcards such as how many mailings do you do a year, what is the size of your data base, what is your budget for mailing post cards, what does your campaign look like?

i would be interested to know the answer to that question as well. I have been sending out about 250 a month for the past 6 months and have had no luck. Does the Jumbo postcard make a difference? What content works best. HELP

CaryNC - I have been using Sharper Agent for a couple of years. Easy to use, quality postcards, and reasonably priced. I do not know if Jumbo cards make that much of a difference or not, but they will increase your costs. I think it is more important to make sure you send to your sphere, and not just farming a community. Most of your business is going to come as referrals from your sphere, so it is important to stay in front of them. With only a couple of exceptions, my business comes from my power group, past clients, friends and acquaintances, and business associates. Good luck..
