Does the I-Phone have a "world" addition? The reason I have a Blackberry is because it works in Europe and it is easy and quick to write and send emails.

Thanks,

iPhone satisfaction rating 'on a different planet,' says survey

Apple iPhone users are almost twice as likely to say that they're "very satisfied" with their smartphone than second-place RIM and its BlackBerry, a research firm said today.

According to ChangeWave Research, which polled more then 4,200 American consumers last month, 74% of those who own an iPhone said they were very satisfied with the device. Only 43% of the people who own a BlackBerry said the same.

Calling Apple's numbers "on a different planet," Paul Carton, ChangeWave's research director, pointed out that Apple's overall satisfaction rating among consumers -- those who said they were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" -- was 99%. "It doesn't get much better than that," Carton said. "There are few things in life where you can say you're 99% satisfied."

I spent several months debating which phone to switch to (I had a Palm but it kept freezing up). I am with Verizon and I won't switch providers...had AT&T, but did not have good cell reception and their customer service had a little to be desired. I had been with Verizon before and regretted switching to AT&T. I purchased the Blackberry Tour which I am very happy with. Never freezes, has tons of memory, email works great on it. Would highly recommend....and Verizon is a great provider...have probably been with them about 10 years (before and after AT&T) and their service is the best.
