Diverse Solutions Web Design

I am not sure where you are located, but I have designed 2 web sites in particular in the greater Phoenix area where Diverse Solutions' IDX was incorporated into their overall sites. Take a look at www.tntaz.com and www.liveinaz.com. Now, I feel there are some drawbacks to using Diverse Solutions - their IDX can only be displayed in an iFrame and they seem to give the visitor far too much information which actually causes fewer visitor inquiries - but a designer can cusomize the look to make it nicely fit into a custom site.

That said, there may be better IDX vendors to select from if you live outside of the Phoenix area (ARMLS has very limited choices of authorized vendors). So let me know and I may be able to give you some good alternatives to look at too.

I prefer working with an individual that is first talented, second responsive, and third priced properly for the services offered. We have worked with off-shore companies and have finally locked into a small firm in Myrtle Beach that does the best work we have ever seen. We have been using DS's for 4 months now and I have to say their customer service is top notch. We only use their IDX not their Web services so I can't speak about that part of their service. If customer service and response time is high on your list then you won't be disappointed.
