How can I find a reliable source for REO packages?

How can I find reliable first sources for REO Packages? I have investors that are ready and wiling to buy 50-100 homes or commcerial properties.

I have been searching for Southern California, Dallas Texas and Houston Texas but was unable to find one that can deliver (everyone promises).

Ask your local REO appraiser, see where the action is, or maybe your nearest HUD office.
