Top Producer vs Advanced Access vs Windows Outlook

Hi
My name is Maria and I just recently completed the EPro course. I have used (or rather not used) Top Producer for about a year. I signed up primarily to communicate and keep in touch with past clients. I also liked the feature that automatically updated the listing information.
I find the contact management cumbersome. I am familiar with Outlook and after completing the course had decided to transfer to a web based Outlook. I was just approached by Advanced Access and before I start the tast of transferring and building another database, I wondered if you had experience with the three products that you could share.
Thank you.
Maria
Stay away from Advanced Access. If you want, you can sign up for a couple of free online CRM programs. One is at www.realfutureCRM.com and allows up to 500 contacts at no cost. The other is ZohoCRM at www.zoho.com - you can have up to 3 users (agents and/or assistants) on the same database before it costs anythng.

Hi Maria
AdvancedAccess.com is primarily an agent website therefore you're better off with what Pat suggests.
Warm wishes

Have top producer but rarely use it. Should cancel but I don't want to loose the information I have on the system. Have Advanced Access and it is a poor lead generator and need to do something else....next year. I use microsoft outlook.
I suggest you use market leader or growth leader it is phenomenal

Maria: the most cumbersome tasks revolve around updating and adding and removing the information: which can be completely automated using PHPList, which is free. Here is an example:

I can set this all up for you, provide a blind mail server to solicite participation from strangers, and do the HTML and CSS work to integrate it into your website for $500.

Hi Maria: With regards to Top Producer, AA, Outlook, I dropped TP last year because it was slow, cumbersome, expensive and I did not use more than 10% of the features. I have realfuturecrm now. I can't testify to AA but others here have. I just needed simple and I have it now.
Maria, marketleader.com is very good, and easy to navigate
I recently completed ePRO and realized how much I need to organize my contacts. Before proceeding, I wondered if anyone has an opinion about Lead Router which is the system our BIC wants us to use?
