http://www.patzaby.com/Products/Boxset/
it looks very helpful but i don't want to spend tha money with out and reviews or opinions.
Re. Marketing Library: You can't beat it! Invest in it...it'll make you a lot of money and save you a lot of time. One of the greatest products for agents out there.
It's a great day here on the lake in Reston....hope it's a great day wherever you are, too!

For those of us out here, but 'not exactly' on the lake in Reston, Va [LOL] what is CRS and this marketing library and what is the costs for same?
One of the two technical editors at the Washington Post Electeronic Edition within the last several days noted that Microsoft has now apparently released the source code [maybe] for Outlook beyond perhaps Thunderbird. Supposedly nothing will happen for another year or so due to time required, but I have always wondered why more Realtorsb are not using the OpenOffice.Org software suite which is generally excellent and is completely FREE and perhaps one answer is 3rd party packages are designed for Office, not even for WordPerfect..

What's a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
Why Use a CRS?
Today, home buying and selling is faster, more complex, and more competitive in every way. Our goal is to make the process a little easier for you. The first step is choosing the right REALTOR®.
Experience - To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions.

Thanks Robert
The klutz should have been aware of that, but I thought it was a computer related item --- ugh ! LOL
To clearify, obviously Thunderbird is not a part of Outlook. Many feel that it is perhaps the closest program available that comes anywhere near Outlook.
