Does anyone know how to change what is displayed from an email in your inbox?  At present, I see "FROM", "RECEIVED" and "SIZE".  I want to change it to display "FROM", "SUBJECT" and "RECEIVED".   Who cares about the SIZE?  Thanks.

Bob,

Presume you are using Outlook 2007.

Try this- View, click on Current View and Define Current View.

From Current View Settings, click on Modify and Fields.

Now you can move available columns from the left to the right or if they are already there, up or down in order.

This should do it.

Hal,

Thank you very much. I am using 2003 but I found "Current View" and I was able to change it to what I want. Thanks again.

Bob
