<p>When I became a Broker and submitted my company name with my DBA for two counties I was under the impression since it was approved by TREC that no one else that was a member of HAR had my name. In trying to enhanse my website I see someone else shares the name and has listings posted on HAR. I had spoken to an attorney and because it is not an un common name was told it would be difficult to Trademark. He suggested a change but I have both time and money invested. Any suggestions?</p>

<p>Lately, because of the economy, some realtors in my area are cutting their commissions to get listings when they should be listing at a higher rate to get showings and get the properties sold.&nbsp; Please give me some ideas as to how to overcome this.</p>

<p>There are so many web pages out there calling to us asking about this or that, but this one intrigued me.&nbsp; A CFS, Certified Foreclosure Specialist, is this for real, does the RE board acknowledge this one, does anyone else?&nbsp; I wonder if the training is really covering the real process, from getting REO'S to handling the paperwork, etc?</p>
