I recently subscribed to Reexpert. This is a fairly new company and are marketing themselves as a "Real Estate Advocate" for the public. A comparision would be Ralph Nader for automobiles or J D Power awards. At the same time they offer lead generation. They have developed software that put's your face in front of hundeds of listings when searched online. The actual listing agents information is not shown. I have a specific territory and no one else will share. Their web site is reexpert.org if you want to check it out. I hope this will be beneficial for me since I am getting on the ground floor of this company. To be a member in good standing you must agree to Standards of Practice. Participate in a quarterly educational event via internet (free). Stay within their rating system of 4 to 5 stars. They would follow up with clients that we help in the way of feedback. They will advertise vis Radio, Web, Blogs etc to get the origanization well known. I believe the founders name is Jeff Guthrie. Can anyone tell me if you know anything about this organization. I created a blog entry in March 2007 when I had originally started my blog. Subsequently, I never issued another entry. My bad. Well, I would like to delete that entry and start all over again. How do I do that?

I am a new realtor and in doing my taxes I am curious what mileage I am allow to count. Does going to training classes mileage count? Does mileage going to the initial licensing class count? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

I keep having agents come to me wanting to set up a team, or wanting to be part of a team. I'm not sure the best way to go for this kind of thing. If you have a strong agent and she wants to team up with another agent in the company that she had nothing to do with brining on board what are different ideas for compensation. Also I have agents wanting assistants. Is there a website or a resource with these ideas, and legalities?
