<p>Is craig proctor coaching worth the money, has anyone tried it?</p>

<p>I have a friend who owns a condo at North Shore on E. Playa Del Norte in Tempe, AZ. He has had it rented out. He is now trying to decide whether to rent it or sell it or what direction he wants to head.</p> <p>Does anyone in this illustrious group have experience with the North Shore complex and would want to talk with my friend? <p>I've been trying for the last 4 days to reach someone at Realeseller with no luck! Does anybody no if they are still in business? I just purchased the program and very frustrated trying to get support.</p>

<p> I&#39;m a new agent with Keller Williams. I am looking to get the Top Producer 8i. There are several choices ranging from $70 per month to almost $150 per month. I&#39;m not sure which feature does what and if it&#39;s worth the extra money. Any advice from any top producer users as to which package to choose? </p>

<p>Hi</p> <p>My name is Maria and I&nbsp;just recently completed the EPro course.&nbsp; I&nbsp;have used (or rather not used) Top Producer for about a year.&nbsp; I&nbsp;signed up primarily to communicate and keep in touch with past clients.&nbsp;I&nbsp;also liked the feature that&nbsp;automatically updated the listing information.</p> <p>I find the contact management cumbersome.&nbsp; I&nbsp;am familiar with Outlook and after completing the course had decided to transfer to a web based Outlook.&nbsp;&nbsp;I&nbsp;was just approached by Advanced Access and before I start the tast of transferring and building another database, I&nbsp;wondered if you&nbsp;had experience with the three products that you could share.</p> <p>Thank&nbsp;you.</p> <p>Maria&nbsp;</p>

<p>Hi I have had Advanced access as my website provider since 2005. Recently they signed me up for their Search Impact Package- It is suppose to give me more access on the search engines. They say they are revamping my website with words and phrases, doing link building and ect. I am paying $299.95 a month for this service. Is anyone familiar with this. I am trying to get more hits on my website. Do I need to be paying them $300.00 a month to do this?</p>

<p>Our MLS Comittee is reviewing how listings with forgivable loans, grants or income requirements are entered into the MLS. The biggest question is &quot;At what list price should they be listed at?&quot;&nbsp; An example: a property is listed at $75,000 but there is a forgivable loan of $30,000 over a 10 year period and the requirement is that the homebuyer is at or below 80% of the areas median income. <p> Last week i got a call from Reply.com. I was sold on trying quality leads from this company at $54/lead no strings attached, return within 3 days if they were invalid. I explained to the sales rep that i was not interested on long term relationships, i explained that i was looking for high quality prospects ready to buy or sell within 90 days. They told me i could cancel at any time if i didn&#39;t like the product. </p> <p> Very quickly i realized these leads were no better than any other internet leads i will get on my website.. actually out of 8 they sent all bogus numbers, bogus names and emails. </p> <p> I called within 3 days to cancel. Now they are dripping me with bad leads they want to bill me for and demand a 30 day notice (in the meantime they will continue to drip me for obvious rea$ons), and they DO NOT TAKE the leads back based on their criteria. </p> <p> I am in a predicament here, i am going on vacation and these people are bombarding me with useless leads. <p>I am representing the sesller , and on closing day the buyer's lawyer noticed that the survey did not have all buildings etc. on it, which , as time was of the esssence, The seller agreed take 400$ off his cheque and I agreed to take off 400 - the selling agent also agreed, and then changed his mind 2 days later.&nbsp; That selling agent has gone back on his word, which is not professional conduct.&nbsp; Then I call the surveyor to whom the buyers lawyer inquired about cost of survey to, and the survey has not been ordered yet, and the cost as been changed from 1200 to 900, as the surveyors got the property mixed up with another one.&nbsp; The $1200. has been deducted from the Sellers cheque on closing for this survey, which is costing less than predicted.&nbsp; Can the seller demand proof that a survey was indeed done?&nbsp; Can he get a rebate ?</p>
