If you wish to "Ask the Experts" a question, submit it here.<br /> <br /> <strong>Who are the "Experts"?</strong><br /> <br /> RealTown experts are experienced real estate professionals. These real estate experts are successful real estate agents, real estate brokers, real estate attorneys, and real estate authors. Any RealTown member can post a response to the "Ask the Experts" group, and as you post more valid responses, the more chances you have to become an expert. Expert responses are posted right away, as Member responses are moderated before they are released and posted. Experts also have an Expert badge next to their name.<br /> <br /> <strong>How do I become an Expert?</strong><br /> <br /> The more good answers you submit, the more chance you have of becoming an expert. Experts are chosen by RealTown admins on a case by case basis. Once you are an expert, you will have an Expert badge next to your name when you post to the "Ask the Experts" group, and your posts will not require moderation before displaying online.<br /> <br /> <strong>How does "Ask The Experts" work?</strong><br /> <br /> When a question is submitted, an email goes out across the RealTown real estate network to the first-rate real estate professionals who make up the RealTown experts. I've been waiting for such a day.</p> <p>I have requested the authorization to subscribe to DocuSign from my brokerage, Coldwell Banker SEAL/BAIN. We do business in the greater Portland, Oregon and Seattle areas. The CEO of our company has addressed me with a personal email that stated that 'no MLS or major brokerage in the US is currently using electronic signatures and Coldwell Banker SEAL/BAIN will be one of the early adopters but NOT one of the first as a result of threat of lawsuit'.</p> <p>I've had contact with folks at DocuSign and they tell me their service is widely accepted and utilized by brokerages and MLS's throughout the country. I am trying to get my company and DocuSign together to work something out. It seems silly that this must be my personal crusade.</p> <p>Can anyone provide feedback regarding their use of DocuSign. Mine is old and out of date and not effective in these current times. It is easy to waste thousands of dollars and wind up with a pretty home page but virtually nothing in the back end working to bring business.
