These real estate experts are successful real estate agents, real estate brokers, real estate attorneys, and real estate authors. Any RealTown member can post a response to the "Ask the Experts" group, and as you post more valid responses, the more chances you have to become an expert. Expert responses are posted right away, as Member responses are moderated before they are released and posted. Experts are chosen by RealTown admins on a case by case basis. I've been waiting for such a day.</p> <p>I have requested the authorization to subscribe to DocuSign from my brokerage, Coldwell Banker SEAL/BAIN. We do business in the greater Portland, Oregon and Seattle areas. The CEO of our company has addressed me with a personal email that stated that 'no MLS or major brokerage in the US is currently using electronic signatures and Coldwell Banker SEAL/BAIN will be one of the early adopters but NOT one of the first as a result of threat of lawsuit'.</p> <p>I've had contact with folks at DocuSign and they tell me their service is widely accepted and utilized by brokerages and MLS's throughout the country. I am trying to get my company and DocuSign together to work something out. It seems silly that this must be my personal crusade.</p> <p>Can anyone provide feedback regarding their use of DocuSign. Who is using it? Is it true that no major brokerages nor MLS's are on-board with this technology?
