Hi there,

I am wondering, is NAR tracking the quadrenial training in such a way that those who need it are notified?

As the Managing Broker I try to make Agents aware and responsible for their own CE etc but it seems hard for them to remember if they have or have not taken the course. The local Assoc records seem to be less than accurate.

Thanks,Dana Thompson

You can find out who has completed the requirements by state and local association by going to http://realtor.org and searching in the code of ethics area -

The local associations are responsible for the NAR Ethics training. They should have let you know if any of your agents have not completed the training. Check with the broker, who should have received the notice.

Thanks John, I knew I could count on the group for a solution.

Now , just what happens if an agent DOES NOT have the req'd training? Is there a consequence?
