What contact management tool works best for FSBOs? Let's share some ideas about what is working and what is not working.

I have a contact database, but I am not using it for fsbo's until I actually list them. I made an excel spreadsheet. I enter the address, name, phone, 1st contact, 1st call, response, appt date, follow up contact & method.

I am door knocking first, then I call, then I mail (if didn't get appt by call). I will keep mailing them something each week until they list. I am sure I will tweak this as I go along. I am just getting back into working fsbos.
