Selling Your Listings
What does it take in today's market? Marshall Vest, director of the Research Center at the University of Arizona recently identified the "Three Stages of Housing Corrections":
What phase is your market in? Educating and communicating to sellers about these phases helps them make the right decisions to get their home sold.
The two most important components of having your listing sell is pricing and condition.
Knowing how to present a compelling presentation to help a seller get out and move on is a skill that many agents lack. Hone your skills in this area and you'll sell more listings.
Are you coaching the sellers in turning their home into what my friend, Darryl Davis, calls a SHINY PENNY?
With increased inventory, the prettiest, cleanest and most attractive will sell first. The investment in waiting until all repairs are done, clutter is packed away and staging or decorating always pays off these days!

Are You a Working Broker Owner?
There are 3 spots left in the really cool Broker/Owners Mastermind Session that I facilitate and coach each month.
The benefit for you is to have others who are running a small company office and have similar challenges to connect with, share resources and ideas with and to motivate and inspire you. Last year we talked about websites and blogging, recruiting, & office management among other topics. Each person has an opportunity to share wins and challenges.
If this sounds like something that would fit for you in 2007...email me to discuss it.
Have a week that is BEYOND ORDINARY...... it's up to you!
