Just announced....Realtor.com will be accepting visual tours from all sources beginning on March 14 and will be eliminating the fee they had been charging for most tours on enhanced listings. All I can say is, it's about time!!!!
So, if you aren't doing a virtual tour on all your properties, you are losing eyeball time. Studies show people will spend 40% more time looking at a property with a tour and consumers say the photos or tours are one of the most important pieces of information they want.
