When you did your business plan and budget for 2007, did you decide what education you want this year and what it will cost. If these are part of the plan, it is more likely you will actually participate, grow and learn. In what area do you want to grow your skills this year? Your contacts? Make this intentional, not accidental. Good agents are always looking for ways to be better!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported the WebWomenGivingCircle in 2006! More Magazine had challenged giving circles to raise money for CARE. Many of you, like me, were passionate about helping women and children to have a better chance. With your $10, $20, $60 and $150 contributions, we raised nearly $24,000 for CARE. Our Giving Circle was declared the winner a few weeks ago and in May, we'll accompany the editorial staff of More to Peru to visit the outreach sites that CARE operates.
