Apr. 14, 2009 - Happy Tuesday

The pulse of the world seems a bit happier this week! I love it when that happens. Maybe, it is the wonderful sense of new life and renewal that Spring, Easter and Passover bring. I am thankful for this season. Maybe, it’s watching the saga of a new hero, Captain Richard Phillips (and isn’t it amazing there are pirates? How insulated is the world most of us live in). I am thankful for heroes! Maybe, it’s that we finally are seeing some good financial news and hearing analysts saying the free fall is over. I am thankful for news that doesn’t engender fear. And, really, I’m darn thankful that I woke up this morning above the grass in a warm house and a gorgeous pink sunrise. (Waking up to rain would have been ok too! My garden loves the water).
