The buzz and future trends

 Revolved around the soft landing and slowing down in most housing markets. This will bring in 2006 a more competitive atmosphere that will benefit agents who are doing a good job of differeniating themselves. It will not be business as usual...rather we will need to find some strategies to create extraordinary experiences and value for the consumers. Hose will stay on the market longer as we see a gradual shift to a buyers market in most areas of the country. Finding ways to educate the sellers to the new realities will take a focus on statistics and relevant information such as the market absorption rate.

In the presentation by Drs. Jackie and Kevin Freiberg, authors of Guts, who presented Blowing the Doors Off Real Estate as Usual, examples of companies that had won the hearts of their clients provided some inspiration to create Extraordinary Service!

Dr. Phil reminded people that "winners do what losers won't do.' Raising the bar and delighting and astonishing clients will be what the winners do in 2006.
