1) See if Top Producer can now integrate with RELAY. ANSWER: They are in fact working with Top Producer now. The contact manager integration is expected to happen within the next couple of months.
2) Check on bulk mailings via the USPS - can the bulk rate still be used if sent from a post office located near the VA as opposed to near the client. ANSWER: The bulk rate can still be used as long as the client holds a mailing permit at that post office. There is a fee no matter what type of postage used for bulk mailings there is not an additional fee for a permit to mail with precancelled stamps. Where as there is an additional fee for the permit imprint. There is a $160.00 fee to apply for a permit to mail with permit imprint. The client must hold a permit and pay an annual mailing fee at every post office where they want to enter and pay for their mail. Hope this helps.
