i picked up a great tip in one of the real estate forums to get your house sold fast. A very neat trick; simply message everyone in ur email address book to advertise your house for sale and ideally offer it at discounted market value. Set the condition that the first with an offer will get the property and you will get a lot of viewings. This only works if you are willing to discount the property, and it worked for someone i know , they had their house sold in 2 weeks!
