Sep. 12, 2006 - Older persons put in nursing homes against their will

I have an older friend, somewhat forgetful..that was put in a nusring home against her will...in fact in an altzheimer lock up unit...by a nephew who is conservator/inheritor..she has cried and I have cried with her.. As REALTORS we should cause a movement to prevent such abuses of the elderly...
