New Turn Lanes At Valley Forge & 674 Are Great Benefit

Mar. 5, 2008

The intersection of Sun City Center Blvd. (State Hwy.674) and Valley Forge Blvd. is now a pleasure to use for those of us traveling from the north side of 674.

The addition of a new right turn lane has made for speedy clearance of the intersection for left turns, straight ahead access to Kings Point, and for right turns to head west on 674.

A new sidewalk and pedestrian walk lights are also beneficial to walkers and bike riders.

The intersection will certainly help with traffic exiting Prince of Peace Catholic Church services. Sun City Center's largest congregation often has problems with traffic flow. This new addition should help to ease that condition.

Kudos are to be given to those in government for this welcome improvement to Sun City Center.

And thanks are due the Prince of Peace Parish for donating the strip of their property to allow for the extra lane.
