The following is compiled from info. provided to me by Mid-Florida MLS and Greater Tampa Area Board of Realtors.
Mid-June 2008 is turning into a Florida summer. Hot, humid, and thank goodness, rain at last. Real Estate sales are taking place and there is a continuing interest shown by propective buyers.
For the period of June 1, 2008 thru June 15, 2008.
SUN CITY CENTER (Single Family Homes)
12 Homes have sold.
KINGS POINT (Condos)
9 Homes have sold.
As of June 17, 2008 the following is correct.
SUN CITY CENTER - 229 homes are listed for sale. 24 homes are pending sale. (Under contract with closing date in the future.)
KINGS POINT - 265 homes listed for sale. 34 homes are pending sale. (Under contract with closing date in the future.)
The end of June 2008 report will be sent out on or about July 3, 2008.

Jay, How does the figure for "Homes Listed for Sale" this month compare with the figure for a year ago? If that isn't available, can you comment on how it compares with earlier this year? / John
