December 2007 sales in Sun City Center, Florida & the condo area of Kings Point have been posted by the Greater Tampa Area Board of Realtors. These are statistics concerning homes sold by Realtors and do not include private party sales.

In Sun City Center there were 13 single family homes sold in the month of December. Sold prices were as follows:

High Price - $360,954.  Low Price - $90,000.  Average Price - $171,566.

Median Price - $161,400.    Average # of days on the market - 260.

Of the 13 homes sold 10 were north of hwy. 674.    3 were on south side.

Kings Point condo sales were as follows:

High Price - $211,500.   Low Price - $35,000.   Average Price $116,583.

Median Price - $119,000.       Average # of days on the market - 155
