Civil War Weekend - Historic Cold Spring Village, 720 Route 9 South, Cape May, NJ. Military encampment hosted by Company E, 17th VA Volunteers & 5th Regiment, NJ Volunteers. Battle reenactments both days at 2 P.M. demostrations of infantry drill, weapons, artillery fire, role of combat engineers. memorial service at "Old Brick" church Sunday 9 AM. December 1 and 2, 2007 - Model train displays and vendors on the Music Pier in Ocean City. Boardwalk & Moorlyn Terrace, 10am - 5pm. To protect its family image, Ocean City has turned away from the nightclub scene. Ocean City is a dry community where liquor can be comsumed, but not purchased. The city strives to provide a wide variety of activities for both adults and children, and succeeds on every count.
