The Lakefront market in Lake Arrowhead is prospering. Possibly the strongest selling segment in the real estate market today. Lakefront estate sales have been setting new price standards.
Currently there are over 30 Lakefront listings. Prices starting at around one million

SinceJanuary 2006 43 Lakefront homes have sold. Priced between $667,500 and $7,300,000 (the most expensive sale to date). This has really established Lake Arrowhead as Premier Destination for resort living attracting affluent home owners from San Diego, up the coast and afar! 3 Lakefronts are currently in Escrow, priced between $929,000 and $6,195,000. Again, one of the strongest markets in the area.
