Once again the Southern California CRS Chapter had a booth at the annual San Diego Association of REALTORS (SDAR) Expo and membership appreciation day on April 2 in San Diego.
SPECIAL THANKS to our Area VP, BARBARA DUDECK, for again coordinating the registration and finding SoCal members to staff the booth during the day.
I was there the day before to set up the booth and wanted to also say a SPECIAL THANKS to VICKY CAMPBELL, who helped with setting the booth up and for helping Barbara dismantle it on the day of the Expo.
I was at the RE Bar Camp in Los Angeles on April 2 so could not attend the Expo but understand the turnout was good and there was lots of interest in the CRS designation AND the Southern California CRS Chapter.
A SPECIAL THANKS also to the SoCal Members who helped to staff the booth during the day, greeting attendees and sharing information about the CRS designation and our Chapter. We couldn't have done it without YOUR SUPPORT. Thanks!!
Alas, folks were busy during the Expo and no one took any photos. But here's a pic I took during set-up the day before.

The San Diego Association of REALTORS (SDAR) will be hosting its annual trade show and member appreciation day on April 2, 2009.

The Southern California Chapter of CRS will again be hosting a booth for current and potential CRSs to stop by and learn more about the designation and our Chapter.
If you are interested in helping to staff the booth during the day for a 2-hour shift, please let us know. We can use your help and it's lots of fun. Thanks to Barbara DuDeck, our Area VP for San Diego, for coordinating the booth set up and staffing the booth during the expo.

I am off to the trade show today (the day before) to set up the CRS booth. I've not done this before but I am told it is easy. We'll see.
A number of you have signed up to help staff the booth tomorrow - I am looking forward to meeting those of you I don't already know. And I sincerely appreciate your help.
Don't forget to sign up to attend the show. The exhibit hall is FREE but if you want to attend the luncheon (with speaker) or the seminars there is a cost.
Stop back in a few days if you don't get there. I will post pictures of the booth and the show itself.
I am looking forward to a fun day with lots of things to learn AND a chance to meet some attendees who are interested in becoming a CRS.
Most of you reading this are probably a CRS, but if you aren't one yet, you should seriously consider it - take YOUR career to the next level with some of the best training out there.

Make your plans to spend some time here and taking your business to the next level (see link directly below for more information).
TRADE EXPO "Tools for Your Trade"
I sent around an email a few weeks ago to solicit volunteers to help me staff the SoCalCRS booth in the exhibit hall. Thanks for your great response and enthusiasm. I have all the shifts filled with some extra folks who plan to stop by to help as well.
I look forward to seeing you there!
