October 19 (REO 101) and
November 9 (REO 2).

There are not enough trained REO agents to handle the onslaught of product expected to surge onto the market in 2009, 2010, and 2011. It is expected that over 8 million homes will be sold in foreclosure between now and the end of 2011. Over 2 Million foreclosures notices have already been filed in 2009 with California up +22.81% from one year ago and with the release of the California Foreclosure Moratorium at the end of August there will be an overwhelming need for trained REO agents...now more than ever before.

The REO 101 Class sponsored by Southern California Chapter of CRS in conjunction with Silver Lining Workshops was held on December 1 in San Dimas. It was a great success, with 64 attendees.
The next class, REO 102, will be held at the same location (Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS) on December 15th from 9 until 5 pm. There are already 30 folks signed up.
