How would YOU like to be a Featured Member of the Quarter?
You can, just by attending one of the quarterly membership meetings. At each meeting we will draw 1 business card from all the cards submitted by member attendees. The selected member will be featured in a short video where they can talk more about themselves and their business. The video will be displayed here on our blog as well as on the Southern California CRS website.

Why not get a little more marketing exposure for yourself, learn from national speakers like Bernice Ross and Chris Bird, network with others in our chapter and share referrals?

Starting in 2008 our Southern California Chapter will be spotlighting a member each quarter.
SoCal CRS Chapter members who attend the quarterly membership meetings will have an opportunity to be selected for the spotlight that quarter, and will have a brief videotaped interview where they can talk more about themselves and their business. So, becoming a Chapter member and attending the membership meetings could lead to an additional publicity opportunity - in addition to being featured in our blog, the videos will be on our Southern California Chapter website.
This quarter we feature JANE LIU-BAKER, Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty West in Redondo Beach.
Here's Jane sharing some information about herself and her business. Please keep her in mind if you have a buyer or seller referral in the Redondo Beach area (including Carson and Gardena, the Beach Cities, and downtown Los Angeles).

Here is some
information about the NEW Limited Introductory Membership Program
from CRS
Beginning
September 1st, the Council will be admitting new members
under a new membership program, Limited Introductory
Membership.
What is the
program?
The program was
designed to give individuals a taste of CRS and all the benefits
that we have to offer at an introductory rate. For $60 individuals
will receive a full year of membership.
Individuals who
join under this program will receive the full member benefits
except they will not receive the CRS Print Directory. If they are
interested in receiving a copy they will have the ability to
purchase a copy.
Who is
eligible?
- Only active REALTORS or
REALTOR ASSOCIATES who have never joined CRS
before
- Only individuals in
the United States, its insular possessions and the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Who is not
eligible?
- Terminated members must
continue to reinstate their membership by paying
$170
- Former members who were
terminated for non-payment are not eligible for this
program
